Minnie and Marys subscription automatically renews each month. When you make your purchase using Netbilling the charge will appear on your credit card statement as Rosedale Entertainment.

How Secure is it to pay by credit card?

You can be assured that all your purchases are secure and protected by the strongest, state of the art encryption. We make sure all transactions are safe and discreet.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please see above to cancel your subscription.

When you do cancel your subscription, your username and password will be removed from the system 30 days from the date of your last charge. I give you the full benefit of your subscription, no matter when you cancel.

Do I get a refund if I cancel before 30 days?

If you cancel before 30 days, you are not entitled to a refund.
We do not refund the unused difference because we give you the full 30 days of access for your subscription price.

How often am I charged?

Your account will be charged every thirty days from the day of  the month you originally subscribed. If you tell us you want to cancel before that time, we will not renew your account in 30 days. Instead your account will expire on that date.

I signed up but didn't receive a confirmation e mail.
What happened?

The e-mail address you gave is either invalid or incorrect.

My password is not working. What happened?

Here are some possibilities:

1. Your credit card was declined the last time I entered it.
2. Your credit card expired last month so I could not enter your card this month.
3. I canceled your account due to unauthorized use
4. You changed your address and didn't let me know.

Can I pay by check or money order?

You can pay by check, money order, international money order. Click here to go to my mail order page.
Your enrollment will be approved when your check clears.

I don't want my wife to know about my membership Minnie and Mary's. Will I be on a mailing list?

We never send anything to our members in the mail, nor do we sell membership lists to any companies. Our site depends on complete discretion.

You will from time to time receive an e-mail from us confirming transaction receipts. If this is a problem, We suggest you set up an anonymous account at hotmail. Its easy and discrete and free.

How much information do I really have to give?

The basic information we need for credit card verification is:

1. Your name as it appears on your card.
2. Your correct billing address (This is very important)
3. The correct expiry date of your card,
4. Your e-mail address

Remember this is held in strict confidence and never never given to anyone else.
